We believe in transparent, fair pricing across all our services. Here’s how our fees work for Personal Injury and Ofsted Regulation Support matters.
Category D Re-categorisation Applications
Fixed Fee: £495
Includes full legal support and representation for your re-categorisation application.
All Other Prison Law Matters
Billed at hourly rates in line with the Solicitors’ Guideline Hourly Rates – National 2 Band:

Note:
Costs for non-fixed-fee matters will vary depending on the complexity and time required. We will always provide a clear estimate before beginning work and keep you informed of any changes.
We operate on a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) — often referred to as No Win, No Fee. This means:
No upfront payment required.
No fees if your claim is unsuccessful.
If your claim is successful, a success fee is deducted from your compensation, capped at 25%.
We will always explain the CFA terms clearly before starting any claim, so you know exactly what to expect.
For legal support involving Ofsted compliance, inspections, or regulatory matters, we charge hourly rates in line with the Solicitors’ Guideline Rates – National 2 Band:
